Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partners. EcoLuma does not store your complete payment information on our servers.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed and payment processed, the price for that order will not change.
4. Shipping and Delivery
EcoLuma delivers throughout Australia. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products have been delivered to the shipping address you provided.
5. Returns and Warranty
All EcoLuma products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper installation.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
For returns of non-defective items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
